FROM THE DESK OF MR GEORGE NGUESSAN

From: george nguessan - gnssan@yahoo.fr

FROM THE DESK OF MR. GEORGE NGUESSAN.FILE AND COMPUTER DEPT,BIAO BANK ABIDJAN,COTE D' IVOIRE
Hello My Dear,
I am a staff of file and computer department of BIAO BANK ABIDJAN(BIAO).I am writing to you following an impressive information about you through my internet business private search .I decided to introduce this business opportunity to you.
In my department we discovered an abandoned sum of US$9M (NINE MILLION UNITED STATES DOLLARS). In one account that belongs to one of our foreign customer who died along with his entire family in a plane crash. Since we got this information about his death, we have been expecting his next of kin to come over and claim his money because the bank cannot release it unless somebody applies for it as next of kin or relation to the deceased as indicated in our banking guidelines but unfortunately we learnt that all his supposed next of kin or relation died along side with him in the plane crash leaving nobody behind for the claim.
Therefore, it is upon this discovery that we decided to make this business proposal to you and release this money to you as the next of kin or relatio to the deceased for safety and subsequent disbursement since nobody is coming for it and we dont want the bank to turn this money into the Bank treasury as unclaimed Bill. The Banking law and guideline here stipulates that if such money remains unclamed after four years, the money will be transfered into the Bank treasury as unclaimed fund. The bank request of foreigner as next of kin in this business is occasioned in the fact that the customer was a foreigner and an Ivorienne can not stand as next of kin to a foreigner. we agree that 30 % of this money will be for you as foreign partner, in respect to the provision of a foreign account, 10% will be set aside for expenses incured during the business and 60 % would be for me and my colleagues.
There after we will visit your country for sharing according to thepercentages indicated. Therefore to enable the immediate transfer of this fund to you as arranged, you must apply first to the bank as relation or next of kin of the deceaded person, indicating your name, your bank account number, your private telephone and fax number for easy and effective communication and location where the money will be remitted. Upon receipt of your reply, I will send to you by fax or email the text of the application that you will fill and send to the bank to approve the transfer of this money to any destination you presentto the bank.
All the documents for smooth transfer will be send to you upon the receipt of your reply and this transaction is hitch free and that you should not entertain any atom of fear as all required arrangements has been made for this transfer.
You should contact me immediately as soon as you receive this letter.Trusting to hear from you immediately.
Yours faithfully,MR. GEORGE NGUESSANBIAO BANK ABIDJANTel: +22506266494
